OUR STORY
Tagliatelle Deli is a food trailer catering business serving fresh, authentic pasta dishes, cooked to order.

The idea for Tagliatelle Deli was born many years ago after realising there aren't many healthy-ish fast food options out there. Our dishes aren't loaded with heavy fats or sugar - just wholesome, tasty ingredients, sourced from local suppliers.

We're based in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire, where you’ll often find us at local artisan markets and food festivals. We also cater for private events like weddings, birthday parties and other gatherings.

If you like Italian cuisine, you’ll love what we have to offer at Tagliatelle Deli. Think traditional creamy carbonara, flavourful amatriciana, rich bolognese, fiery arrabbiata, buttery garlic dough balls… and more.
